Using a step-by-step approach, you’ll learn how to develop an implementation plan, create necessary documentation, develop your risk management process, and achieve continual improvement. In this module, we will explore the process for conducting an audit. Gaining the required skills to conduct a base-line review of your organization’s current position and implement the key principles of ISO 17025:2017. Topics that will be covered include: determining the audit objectives, scope and criteria, establishing contact with the auditee, audit feasibility, developing the audit plan and developing the audit work documents including the audit checklist. In this module, we will explore the first two stages of the audit lifecycle. Module 3: Audit Initiation and Preparation Making reference to the auditing standard ISO 19011:2018, the principles of auditing, the audit lifecycle, criteria for selection of the audit team, and management of the internal audit program will also be covered. In this module, we will explore the different types of audits including the specific ISO/IEC 17025 internal audit requirements.
